Chester Saddlery was established in 1983, in a small shop on the outskirts of the city. It,s aim was to provide a service to local riders that was lacking in the area.

An emphasis was put on exceptional customer service, allied to leading manufacturers and one of the most comprehensive product ranges to be found in the area. These pricipals are still true today.

In May 2005 Chester Saddlery saw one of it's biggest changes, with the return of Lucy Stuchbury to manage the store. Chester Saddley now offers a complete retail experience for anyone with equestrian or country pursuit interests. A broad spectrum of products can be found in store, meeting the requirements of leisure riders through to proffesional competition riders and trainers, ( we even supply some of the UK's Olympic short listed riders). We supply an extensive range of supplements and sundries, wormers, stable equipment, saddles and leatherwork, casual and competition riding wear, safety products, rugs, clothing and accesories.

We also provide the following services to meet the requirements of our customers; saddle fitting and tack repairs, feed, supplement and equine management advice. We offer a free notice board for all our customers and we endevour to be a one stop shop for them, sourcing anything they need, but is not currently stocked. All special orders are treated as priority and we aim to have a lead-time of 7 days, obviously this is dependant on our suppliers, in all cases our customers are kept informed throughout the process.
